COMPANY PROFILE

UNACCO Financial Services Pvt. Ltd (UFSPL) is a non-deposit taking NBFC-MFI which provides micro credit to woman entrepreneurs in the areas, where access to banking and financial services are lacking behind.

 

The Company initially was by the name of Shavi Trexim & Holding Private Ltd. Incorporated in 1992 with Registered office in Kolkata, West Bengal. The name of the Company was changed to UNACCO Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2009. The Registered office of UFSPL was shifted from West Bengal to Assam in the year 2014. After change of name of the Company from Shavi Trexim & Holding Pvt. Ltd. to UNACCO Financial Services Pvt. Ltd, Fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies West Bengal bearing No- U65999WB1992PTC055153 and thereafter shifting the Registered Office from State of West Bengal to the State of Assam, a fresh certificate of Registration U/S 13(5) of the Companies Act., 2013 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Shillong bearing no. U65999AS1992PTC011903 in year 2014.

 

Initially the Company (UFSPL) was registered with RBI as an NBFC vide certificate of Registration bearing No. B.05.02564 of dated 28.04.2010 and on conversion to NFBC-MFI a fresh certificate of Registraion bearing No. B.08.00199 of dated 02.05.2016 was issued by RBI and since then the Company has been functioning as an NBFC-MFI.

  • To provide quality education at affordable cost to the children of poor family.
