Mr. N. Irabanta Singh is an Imphal based social entrepreneur who has been in the field of social service and entrepreneurship for more than 17 years. He is the Promoter Director of the company. He basically is a social entrepreneur having diverse experiences in the developmental, banking and micro-finance sector as he has been a grass root worker and understands the pro’s and con’s of these sectors having watched them from close quarters and is a key strategist. He pioneer’s in social mobilization, system innovation, facilitation process mapping, system development and support and has more than 16 years of experience in Microfinance.

W. Prabin Kumar Singh, Nominee Director of NEDFi

W. Prabin Kumar Singh is the Nominee Director of some reputed MFIs. He has about 16 yrs experience in development sector with special emphasis on Microfinance by networking a large no. of NGOs, NBFC-MFIs etc.  He is also a constant member of Various Committee’s of the Company and actively guides the Company in matters of Corporate Governance, Human Resource Development, Consultancy & Advisory and Business Development.

Director

K. Deepak Singh joined the Board as an Director on 16/10/2020. And his addition to the Board has enhanced the adherence norms and Corporate governance. He has more than 10 years of experience in Microfinance sector.

Dr.(MRS) NINGTHOUKHONGJAM

RANJANA DEVI

She has been a Director, Principal, Lecturer, with vast experience in various fields for 32 years and also 27 years’ experience in Administration.

Worked as the Director of the Research Team on the study on “Viability of  PACS IN Manipur” sponsored by NABARD during 1999-2000.

Research on the topic – “Performance Appraisal of Weavers Cooperative Societies in Manipur 1980-2000”, Ph.D. Degree awarded by Manipur University in 2005.

Coordinated in project activities of NCUI as an additional responsibility while serving as Principal, ICM, Imphal. She actively took part in Development of ICM, Imphal

Took leadership in capacity building of SHGs at Phayeng Village under National Adaptation Fund for Climate Change during 2018-19 to make “Model Carbon Positive Eco-Village at Phayeng in Manipur”. 21 SHGs were promoted with 220 members and provided training on livelihood. Also  had Publications (Related to cooperatives & Allied Areas). Management She also took part in Development Programme on Microfinance Management conducted by the Institute of Rural Management, Anand Gujrat.
