Mr. N. Irabanta Singh is an Imphal based social entrepreneur who has been in the field of social service and entrepreneurship for more than 17 years. He is the Promoter Director of the company. He basically is a social entrepreneur having diverse experiences in the developmental, banking and micro-finance sector as he has been a grass root worker and understands the pro’s and con’s of these sectors having watched them from close quarters and is a key strategist. He pioneer’s in social mobilization, system innovation, facilitation process mapping, system development and support and has more than 16 years of experience in Microfinance.

He is a graduate in Economics and has total experience of 11 years in Microfinance and Banking Sector. He is heading the Business Team.

She manages Human resource in the company. She looks after the recruitment, staffing, payroll and compensation, appraisal, transfer and promotions, terminal benefits, etc.

Charanjit Singh is an M.com with specialization in Accountancy and a Semi qualified CA. He is awarded Certificate of Merit by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India for being in the Top 10% all over India. He is Certified Accounting Technician issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Besides he is a Diploma holder in Computer Hardware & Networking and Certified in Tally. He has undergone orientation & IT training from ICAI.
Work Experience: He has overall 9 years' experience with Specialization in Audit such as Audit of Various Public Sector Banks ,Hotel, Defence Units, Listed Companies and NGO. He also has experiences in HR related compliances and Income Tax. He has experience of working with MNC like Chegg also.
